Quite possibly the biggest game of 2017 is just a few moths away from release. The only problem is, we don’t know exactly when Red Dead Redemption 2 is due to hit shops as developer – Rockstar are infamous for playing their cards close to their chest.
Details of the game are spare to say the least and the interwebs is alight with fans scouring any and every detail they can to find any morsel of small information about the upcoming title. But it may just be that UK based retailer – Base have let a rather large cat out of the bag…
Base are currently taking pre-orders for Red Dead Redemption 2 and have a release date of 26th September. That day is a Tuesday (to save you checking) and Tuesday is normally the day when new releases hit shops. Plus September is in the Fall season, which is the only date revealed up until now via Rockstar themselves. It all adds up.
Rockstar themselves have neither confirmed nor denied that this is the official release date… yet. It could just be a mistake and maybe Base are just taking a wild stab in the dark – or maybe they have accidentally let something slip that they were not supposed to? Is it worth booking a week off work right now or maybe wait until an official announcement?
Red Dead Redemption 2 is set for release 26th September… possibly…
